Day 16 — Core Strength. Calm Interview Energy. Strong Finish.
Motto of the Day: Stay steady. Execute with purpose.
I started my day the way I’m training myself to start every day now: with movement.
Today was core day — lots of plank flows, stability work, and time on the exercise ball. It wasn’t flashy, but it was focused. The kind of work that builds real strength over time.
The big moment today is my interview at noon.
I’m getting ready to step into the groove — calm, confident, and fully present.
Today is also a half-day session at the coffee shop, because the first part of my day is dedicated to interview prep at home. No distractions. Just a clean review, a strong mental reset, and the right kind of repetition to feel prepared without overthinking.
My plan is simple:
✅ Show up sharp for the interview
✅ Stay grounded and positive
✅ Finish the day strong
After the interview, I’m not letting the day fade out. I’m closing Day 16 with intention:
- GenAI learning for an interview next week
- A DP drill — one problem at a time, building confidence through consistency
This day isn’t about doing everything.
It’s about doing the right things — and doing them well.
One routine. One interview. One learning block. One DP rep.
That’s the recipe. That’s the journey.

Closing Thought:
The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress — stacked daily.
Day 16 — Afternoon Check-in
My interview this afternoon went really well. Right before it, I had a disappointment — I didn’t make it to the next stage with one of the companies I interviewed with last week. I didn’t want to carry that into today’s interview, so I put it aside, stayed focused, and went in with the right mindset.
And I nailed it.
I moved on to the next rounds, and my next interviews are lined up for next week.
After that, I kept the momentum going — I started my GenAI learning for upcoming interviews and continued working on my next 1D DP problem. I also stepped away for a bit and went out for lunch with friends. It was such a good break, and honestly, reliving old memories reminded me that life is bigger than any one outcome.
Overall, it was a good day — in spite of a huge disappointment — and I’m proud of how I handled it.
