Day 17 Check-In: Weekend Reset + Resume Progress
Day 17.
Today being a weekend, I stayed home — no coffee shop today.
And honestly, that felt like the right call.
Some days are about deep studying.
Some days are about interview prep.
And some days are about the kind of progress that quietly compounds over time.
Today was one of those days.
Resume Updates + Applications ✅
Today was mostly focused on resume updates.
I refined my resume and applied to a couple of roles that matched my skillset — the ones where I know I can bring real impact from day one.
I also spoke to a couple of friends for referrals, and followed through by applying to those opportunities as well.
This part of the job search isn’t always exciting, but it matters.
Because in a competitive market, small improvements in positioning can make a big difference.
Today’s Win
No big dramatic milestones today — and that’s okay.
Today’s win is simple:
✅ staying consistent
✅ staying intentional
✅ doing the work, even on a weekend
Layoff2LevelUp isn’t just built on “big days.”
It’s built on steady ones like this too.
Day 17 done.
